Scott serves as Vice President Corporate Development for Teranet.
In this role, Scott is responsible for aligning M&A focus with corporate strategy and the origination and execution of M&A opportunities. He is also responsible for the development and pursuit of government opportunities.
Before joining Teranet, Scott was Vice President of Asset Optimization at Infrastructure Ontario where he worked on valuation, optimization and transaction structures for a number of government assets. Before this he was a Managing Director in RBC’s Infrastructure Investment Group based in Boston and held senior positions in private equity in Canada and the United States.
He holds an Economics degree from Western, and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. He is a CFA charter holder.
