Joao Dutra

Joao Dutra is an experienced professional in energy efficiency and engineering with a strong background in both academic and practical settings. Currently serving as an Ingénieur d'études at TERAO, Joao is responsible for conducting energy audits on real estate assets and performing thermal and energy studies for buildings, while also ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Prior to TERAO, Joao held the position of Ingénieur industriel at The HEINEKEN Company, where responsibilities included monitoring production performance and safety compliance. Earlier experience as a Génie électrique at Tribunal Regional Federal da 5ª Região involved implementing a surveillance system and managing electrical billing. Joao has advanced education in renewable energy, holding degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master's in Energy for Solar Buildings and Cities from Polytech Annecy-Chambéry and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidade de Pernambuco.
