Sean Cusack

Sean Cusack is an accomplished engineering and manufacturing professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering and Manufacturing at TeraPore Technologies, Inc. since October 2022, Sean has previously held roles including Product Director at Trendi, where focus was on developing semi-automated freeze-drying solutions, and Senior Digital Fabrication Engineer at WILLIAM KREYSLER & ASSOCIATES INC, contributing to the construction of unique fiberglass panels for the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art. As Chief Executive Officer of SMA Events / Sheet Metal Alchemist Inc., Sean led innovative designs in public art and commercial structures. Earlier in the career, Sean gained expertise as Manager of Shop Operations at Autodesk and held technical and engineering roles at Mettler-Toledo, Exelixis, Micron Technology, and Bristol Myers Squibb. Sean holds dual Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Materials Science and Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
