Franz Silva Jarvis

Franz Silva Jarvis has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Franz began their career in 2009 as a Systems Analyst at KPMG Venezuela, where they implemented new software and worked on an internal HelpDesk project. In 2011, they joined ENIAC as a Junior Developer, working on the UI development for an online store project for Sony Venezuela.

Later in 2011, Franz joined Globovisión as a Systems Analyst II, where they served as a DBA and administered SQL Server and Oracle databases. Franz also wrote code for a BPM Software using JavaScript. In 2015, they returned to KPMG Venezuela as a Systems Coordinator & Senior Developer, leading the systems department and overseeing software implementations and customizations using Dynamics CRM and Microsoft SharePoint.

Since 2016, Franz has been working at Teravision Technologies, starting as a Technical Leader for the project Avisare and later becoming a Senior Technical Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for leading development teams and making architectural decisions. Their work involved technologies such as Node.js, AngularJS, MongoDB, MySQL, and AWS. Franz also created strategies to optimize team organization for development sprints.

In 2019, Franz was promoted to Chief Software Architect, and in 2020, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Teravision Technologies. These positions further involved him in strategic and technical decision-making within the company.
