Ofer Keinan

Ofer Keinan is a seasoned professional with expertise in business development and account management in the MedTech sector at QLOG since January 2021. As a co-founder of the National Center of Tactical Medicine, Ofer has played a pivotal role in developing training methods for Tactical Combat Casualty Care. Previous experience includes serving as General Counsel at Micronet-Enertech Technologies Inc. and as a legal intern at Peri Yasu Legal LLC. Ofer has also contributed to medical training as an ACLS instructor at the Israel Center for Medical Simulation and held leadership roles as a senior paramedic with Magen David Adom and as a combat paramedic in the Israel Defense Forces. Ofer holds a Bachelor of Laws from Netanya Academic College, mediation qualifications from the Israeli Bar Association, and a registered nursing degree from Hillel Yaffe Medical Center.
