Steve Cornell

Steve Cornell is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax planning and management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of International Tax & Planning at Terex Corporation since May 2006, Cornell has previously held various tax-related positions including Director and Senior Manager in the same field. Prior roles include Tax Director at Jupitermedia Corp., Tax Manager at GE Capital, and Associate Tax Counsel at Praxair, Inc. Cornell holds an MBA in Finance & Management from NYU Stern School of Business, a JD in Law/Tax from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Logistics from Penn State University.
