Emilda Rahim

Emilda Rahim serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Tergar International since 2022. Previously, Emilda Rahim spent over fourteen years at Shell in various HR roles, including HR Manager Engineering, HR Manager Joint Ventures, Country HR Manager Egypt, Talent Manager West Africa, and HR Manager Finance for Nigeria, Gabon, and Cameroun. Responsibilities in these roles included enhancing team effectiveness, managing stakeholder relationships, and developing talent and organizational strategies for large teams. Emilda Rahim also worked as a Technical Mentor at Ikify from July 2018 to September 2019 and held positions with Shell International Exploration & Production BV. Emilda Rahim holds an MSc in Executive Coaching from Hult Ashridge and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Hons) from Keele University.
