Neha Shah

Neha Shah is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Director of Financial Operations at Tergar International since September 2022. Additionally, Neha has been working as an Independent Financial Consultant for startups and nonprofits since March 2020, collaborating with various industries such as Biotech, Agriculture, and Mental Health. Previously, Neha held the position of Head of Finance at Alvea from February 2022 to April 2023 and managed roles at Indigo from July 2018 to March 2022, including Manager and Associate Manager. Early career experience includes a Research Associate role in the Mali Lab at UC San Diego's Bioengineering Department from March 2016 to June 2018. Neha holds an MBA from Texas McCombs School of Business, expecting to graduate in 2026 as a Forte Fellow, and earned a degree in Nanoengineering with a focus in Bioengineering and a minor in Music from the UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering in 2018.
