Scott Anderson is a highly experienced fitness and yoga professional with a strong academic background in kinesiology and exercise science. Currently serving as a Certified Pilates Instructor at Spring Resilient Fitness since August 2015, Scott emphasizes the connection between strength and movement efficiency. Additionally, Scott has contributed as a Senior Facilitator for Tergar Meditation Community since September 2011 and as a Faculty Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since January 2019. With a rich history in yoga, Scott owned the Mound Street Yoga Center, the original yoga center in Madison, and also established several yoga programs, including the Alignment Yoga Advanced Studies Program. Scott holds a Ph.D. and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from the University of Minnesota.
