Matthew Parsons, MFALP, serves as the Chief Business Officer and Managing Director of Business Strategy at TERI Inc., leading strategic initiatives that focus on supporting micro-businesses aligned with the organization’s mission. As the Founder of Infinite Agriculture, Matthew provides innovative advocacy and support for food and agriculture policy, aiding in bureaucratic navigation and practical solution delivery. Previous roles include Graduate Research Assistant at both Vermont Law and Graduate School and Chatham University, where Matthew conducted research on agricultural programs and regional food systems. With extensive experience in hospitality management as General Manager at notable establishments and Director of Hospitality Operations, Matthew combines a strong academic background, holding a Master of Food and Agriculture Law and Policy with Distinction and a Bachelor of Science in American History and Anthropology.
