Miro Yaghi M.eng

Miro Yaghi has a diverse work experience, ranging from executive roles to board memberships. Miro Yaghi currently serves as a Board Member at Bedcolab since 2022. Previously, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Termaco Ltee since 2017. Miro Yaghi is also involved in various organizations, including Young President Organisation (YPO) since 2018 and Ordre des CPA du Québec, where they received the prestigious Award winning CPA of the year in 2021. Additionally, they have served on the Board of Directors for NexDev | Développement économique Haut-Richelieu from 2020 to 2022, and the West Island Palliative Care Residence and Réseau de la Transformation Métallique du Québec (RTMQ) from 2017 to 2018. Before that, Miro Yaghi had significant leadership roles at Gildan as the Senior Vice President & Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) from 2008 to 2017, and at CAE as part of the Strategic Business Improvement team from 2004 to 2008. Miro Yaghi also worked as a Transformational consultant in the year 2017.

Miro Yaghi holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/System Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Miro Yaghi then went on to pursue an Executive MBA in Finance, Economics, and Accounting from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal, completing it from 2007 to 2010. During the same period, they also obtained their CPA certification from Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada). Miro Yaghi is currently enrolled in the Harvard President Program at Harvard University, specializing in Business and Leadership, since an unspecified start date. Additionally, they are expected to complete the HBS Presidents program at Harvard Business School in 2024. Miro Yaghi has also obtained certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt in 2006 and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2004.
