Anitha Pathi

Anitha Pathi has held various roles in the IT recruitment field since 2004. Anitha began their career as an IT Recruiter at PR Enterprises in 2004. In 2006, they joined Javaji System Solutions as an IT Recruiter and was promoted to Senior IT Recruiter in 2010. In 2011, they moved to Terminal Contacts and held the roles of Senior Manager - Indian Operations, Sr Manager - Talent Acquisition, and Account Manager. In their Account Manager role, they were responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic initiatives, and building relationships with clients.

Anitha Pathi completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in ECE from SKIT between 1997 and 2001. Prior to that, they attended Jnana Jyothi Vidya Mandir from 1985 to 1997. In 2013, they obtained the Certified Test Engineer certification.
