Senior Customer Success Manager at Terminus

Kaitlin Koenig has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kaitlin is currently working as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Terminus since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Client Success Manager at Sharpen from February 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they managed the implementation process for clients and transitioned into a strategic advisor position after go-live. Prior to their university education, Kaitlin graduated from Zionsville Community High School with a Core 40 with Academic Honors degree in General Studies.

Kaitlin also holds the Professional Scrum Product Owner I certification from Scrum.org, obtained in May 2018, and the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER, obtained in April 2019. Furthermore, Kaitlin has pursued professional development with certifications in Insights for Innovation from IDEO and UX Research & Strategy from Designlab.
