Ben Reece

Ben Reece has over 20 years of work experience in various technology-related roles. Ben is currently the VP of Engineering at Termly. Prior to this, they worked at BambooHR for five years as a Tech Lead and Manager, where they oversaw a development team and implemented processes to improve development speed and product quality. Before that, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Doba, where they developed and maintained a SaaS e-commerce services platform. Ben also co-founded and worked as the Architect & Principal Engineer at DropShip Commerce, which provided drop shipping software platforms and services. Ben Reece started their career as a Software Engineer at Marketing Ally, creating custom software for various clients. Ben then worked as the Director of Development at Dialogue Marketing before joining Doba as the VP of Technology, where they played a key role in expanding the company's technology and operational capabilities. Throughout their career, Ben Reece has expertise in various technologies such as Linux, Apache, PHP, and Solr.

Ben Reece attended Provo High School from 1994 to 1997 and obtained a diploma. Following this, they pursued a computer science degree at Brigham Young University from 1997 to 2001.
