Sergio Pinilla

Sergio Pinilla has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Sergio started their career at ExxonMobil as a Lubricants Sales Trainee, where they developed valuable skills in statistical trend analysis and strategic planning. Sergio was also able to balance their job responsibilities with their academic duties, graduating with outstanding results. Later, they joined Terpel as an Industrial Sales Engineer, where they became a training advisor and formal trainer for the sales team. Sergio successfully increased sales revenue and net margins during their tenure. Currently, Sergio is working at Terpel as the Distributors Sales Director.

Sergio Pinilla holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business, which they obtained from 2017 to 2019. Sergio also has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de Los Andes, which they completed from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Sergio obtained an Official (DELF) French-Language Diploma in French Studies from Alianza Colombia Francesa from 2008 to 2010.
