Brad Phillps

Brad Phillips has a diverse work experience in the construction and engineering field. Brad started their career as a construction foreman at Perry Contracting in 1989 and stayed with the company until 2001. Brad then joined Qwest Communications and worked in various roles, including outside plant network operations manager, senior design engineer, and construction manager network operations. In 2011, Brad joined AT&T as a manager outside planning and engineering design before moving on to become a professional tech project manager and eventually a senior real estate and construction manager. Most recently, Brad has been working as the director of construction and engineering for the Mountain Region at Terra Technologies LLC since 2016.

Brad Phillips has attended Clark College, where they focused on Business. Brad also pursued further education at Massachusetts Bay Community College, specializing in Accounting and Business/Management. Unfortunately, specific start and end years for these educational experiences are not provided.
