Shinya Ito

Shinya Ito has worked in the tech industry since 2006. Shinya began their career at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock as a Lab Assistant and Web Application Developer, where they designed and implemented a web-based Evaluation Data Submission System and Course Evaluation Data Manager. In 2007, they moved to Beach Head, Inc. as a Software Engineer. There, they architected and developed an eCommerce system integrated with major accounting software and various integration channels via web services/EDI. In 2013, they joined Partnership HealthPlan of California as a SQL/Web Developer, where they led a data integration team to automate labor-intensive manual processes into streamlined processes and modernized legacy web applications with enhanced performance. Finally, in 2015, they joined Terrace Consulting, Inc. as a Sr. Lead Consultant.

Shinya Ito has a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, obtained in 2007. Shinya also has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Aizu, obtained in 2005. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCSA: Web Applications (2016), MCSD: App Builder (2016), Microsoft Specialist: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 (2016), Azure Developer Associate (2018), Professional Architect Certification (2019), and Professional Developer Certification (2018) from Dell Software - Boomi.
