Roger James

Roger James is an experienced boilermaker with a career spanning over 15 years in the mining and construction sectors. Currently employed at TerraCom Limited as a Shift Boilermaker since September 2020, Roger has also worked with the Wisely Group in multiple roles since January 2015. Previous positions include boilermaker and boom welder at Monadelphous, where responsibilities involved dragline boom and structural repairs, and various other roles at companies such as Mosley Mining & Excavations and Paul Breckon Steel Fabrication, focusing on maintenance and repair of heavy mining equipment. Roger holds a Certificate III obtained from Emerald TAFE between 1998 and 2001, and completed secondary education at Clermont State High from 1994 to 1997.
