Chris Handley

Chris Handley is a seasoned Project Manager and Principal at Terracon, where employment commenced in November 2001 and continues to the present. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from Texas A&M University (2004 - 2005) and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Civil Engineering and American Studies from The University of Texas at Austin (1998 - 2003).
