Joe Starr

Joe Starr, PE, currently serves as Vice President, Senior Principal, and NC Regional Manager at Terracon, leading safe and profitable growth across North Carolina while collaborating with clients in the A/E/C industry. With a strong background in client development and marketing, Joe has driven success within Terracon's Southeast Division and previously held various roles, including Senior Consultant and Branch Manager at Hart & Hickman, PC, where significant revenue growth was achieved. Joe's extensive experience also includes positions as Program Manager and Senior Environmental Engineer at Solutions-IES, Inc., and Regional Director of Environmental Programs at Froehling & Robertson, Inc. Joe holds an MBA in Technology Commercialization from North Carolina State University and a BS in Environmental Engineering from the University of Vermont.
