Béla Domokos has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Starting in 2011, Béla worked as a Microsoft SharePoint Administrator at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions HU, where they managed a team of three and oversaw a service transition project. In 2012, Béla joined Complex Innovation Ltd. as an IT Project Coordinator. In 2013, Béla began working at GE, first as an Operational Excellence Lead at GE Digital, where they were responsible for creating an IT operations framework and managing IT initiatives. Later, as part of GE's IT Leadership Program, Béla managed various projects at GE Capital and GE Corporate. In 2016, Béla joined ALDI Süd as an IT Manager, responsible for the full IT stack of an organizational unit. In 2017, Béla took on the role of Interim IT Service Desk Manager, overseeing a 60+ person IT Service Desk. Most recently, Béla worked as the Chief Information Officer at TerraCycle, where they focused on developing platforms to transition consumers to reusable packaging.
Béla Domokos completed their education at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics from 2005 to 2012. During this time, they specialized in Computer Engineering with a focus on ERP Systems. In 2014, Béla attended Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, where they pursued a degree in Business Management. In December of the same year, they obtained the ITIL Foundation Certification from EXIN.
