PREM LALVANI

Prem Lalvani has extensive work experience in various finance and accounting roles. PREM currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Terraformation. Prior to this role, Prem worked as a CFO and strategic advisor at various growth companies. PREM also held the position of Vice President and Director of FP&A at LifeWatch Ag and Senior Manager of Accounting, Controlling, and Risk at ThyssenKrupp. Prem has held senior finance positions at Iliad Avenues Corporate Advisors P Ltd, Sea Capital, Clarifi Inc, Stanford Group Company, and Superior Equity Hedge. PREM began their career as a Forensic Accountant at the Office of the Inspector General, Illinois State Treasurer.

Prem Lalvani attended Illinois State University from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting. Additionally, they studied International Business at Ecole Superiere des Sciences Comerciales d'Angers in Angers, France. Lalvani also passed the CPA Examination in Illinois.
