Ricky Fong

Ricky Fong's work experience begins in 2006 when they worked as an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Ricky then moved on to Latham & Watkins as an Associate from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Ricky joined Debevoise & Plimpton LLP as an Associate until 2013. Following this, they worked at Tenneco as an International Counsel from 2013 to 2015, overseeing cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance matters. In 2015, Ricky became a Director at BlackPine Group until 2017. From 2016 to 2020, Ricky had multiple roles at Oriente, including General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Head of Legal, and Director of Corporate Finance. In 2020, they transitioned to Xen Capital as an Advisor until 2021. Since 2021, Ricky has been serving as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Terraformation Inc.

Ricky Fong completed their education at Washington University in St. Louis. Ricky obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, completing their studies in 2006. Prior to that, in 2003, they received their undergraduate degree in Finance from the Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School. Ricky Fong has also acquired additional certifications throughout their career. In 2007, they obtained the New York State Bar from the New York State Supreme Court, and in 2023, they acquired the Washington State Bar from the Washington State Bar Association.
