J.B. Freels

J.B. Freels has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. J.B. started their career at Layton Graphics in 1997 as a Software Engineer, specializing in PERL, C++, and VB with a focus on UI design. During their time there, they dedicated a significant amount of time to learning the plug-in SDK for Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat. J.B. remained with Layton Graphics until 2004.

In 2005, J.B. Freels joined TerraGo Technologies as a Software Engineer. J.B. worked in this role until 2009.

In 2010, J.B. Freels returned to TerraGo Technologies, this time in the position of Senior Software Engineer, Professional Services. J.B. held this role until 2013. From 2013 onwards, J.B. Freels transitioned to the role of Senior Solutions Architect within the same company.

J.B. Freels earned an Associates degree in Electronics and Computer Technology from DeVry University between 1997 and 2000. In addition to their degree, J.B. Freels obtained several certifications, including "Building Web Applications Using the ArcGIS API for Flex" and "Introduction to ArcGIS Server" in 2012. Furthermore, J.B. Freels became a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) through the Scrum Alliance in October 2007.
