John “Toby” Bailey

John Long is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in IT and system engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Berlin Packaging since October 2023, John previously worked at Vital Proteins as a System Engineer, where responsibilities included migrating infrastructure to Nestle Health Science. A background as an IT Analyst at Mechdyne Corporation highlights expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex software and hardware issues using various advanced tools. John has also held positions such as Integration Lead Tech Tier II-III at Zones, Inc., Project Designer at W-T Engineering, and Web Designer/Help Desk Intern at Severity Design.
