Hallie Douglas

Hallie Douglas is an accomplished environmental scientist with extensive experience in project management and research related to soil and water quality. Currently serving as Project Scientist and Senior Staff Scientist at Terraphase Engineering Inc. since June 2018, Hallie previously worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Auburn University, focusing on the fate and transport of stormwater pollutants. Prior roles include Staff Soil Scientist at Terraphase Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed SWPPP inspections and groundwater monitoring, and various positions in environmental assessment and vineyard consulting. Hallie's academic background includes a Master of Science from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
