Arlen Bolan

Arlen Bolan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Arlen began their career at Maple Leaf Foods in 2007, starting as a Production Supervisor and progressively moving up to become a Maintenance Supervisor and then a Project Engineer. In 2012, they joined Rothsay as a Plant Manager and successfully managed the plant's operations until 2016. In 2017, Arlen joined Terrapure Environmental as the Director of Engineering and Capital Planning. Arlen later took on the role of Director of Toronto Operations and Capital before being promoted to Senior Director of Toronto Operations in 2023.

Arlen Bolan earned a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Chemical Engineering from Western University, where they studied from 2002 to 2007.
