Catherine Gonzalez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Catherine is currently employed as the Vice President of Enterprise HR Business Partners at TerrAscend since 2022. Prior to this, Catherine served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Kiva Brands, Inc. from 2019 to 2022, where they led the HR function for four distinct business units. Catherine was also the Director of Human Resources at Stanford Park Hotel from 2015 to 2019, overseeing all HR-related functions for a luxury property. Catherine's experience includes working as the Human Resources Manager at Del Monaco Foods from 2014 to 2015, where they focused on talent acquisition and development and implemented cultural changes. Catherine also served as the Corporate Human Resources Manager at Di Bruno Bros. from 2010 to 2014, playing a key role in scaling the organization and maintaining its culture.
