Ricki H. is an experienced Director of Operations in the cannabis industry, having worked at TerrAscend, Whole Plants Health LLC, Curaleaf, and Compassionate Care Foundation. With a background in horticulture, Ricki has overseen cultivation, post-harvest, packaging, and facility design and improvements. While at Bobs Garden Center, Ricki managed operations, including retail and wholesale sales, greenhouse production, and field production. With a Bachelor's degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley University, Ricki brings a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise to the industry.
