Sam Decelle

Sam DeCelle is an accomplished operations and project manager with a diverse background in the energy services, construction, and sales sectors. Currently serving as Operations Manager for Tracker Projects at Terrasmart since November 2020, Sam previously held roles at Aerotek, where responsibilities included Account Manager for Energy Services and Construction Trades and Recruiter. Earlier experience includes a position as Sales Development Representative at Sports Illustrated Play and as an Agent at Foresters Financial Services. Sam earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Rhetoric and Communication from the University at Albany, SUNY, in 2016.
