Nikole Huard

Nikole Huard is a Senior Project Engineer at TerraTherm, Inc. since January 2014, having previously held roles as Project Engineer and Process Engineer within the same company. Huard is also an active Council Member for the Cascade Inclusion and Engagement Council since May 2022 and served as Co-Chair for the Cascade Diverse Workforce Initiative from October 2018 to May 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Cheshire Medical Center/Dartmouth-Hitchcock Keene as a Food Service Representative and positions at Entergy as a Design Engineering Intern and People's United Bank as a Retail Lockbox Representative. Huard has been involved with the Society of Women Engineers Boston as a Professional Member and was an Interact Member with Rotary International, contributing to community service projects in underdeveloped regions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering with an Environmental Concentration from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, obtained in 2013.
