Grace Emmel has worked in a variety of roles, beginning with a Research Intern at Phase Scientific International Limited in 2016. Grace then took on an Undergraduate Researcher role at UCLA Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science in 2017. In 2018, they held a Product Development Intern role at Phase Scientific International Limited. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Research Associate at Kite Pharma and a Computational Biology Intern at Bristol Myers Squibb. Currently, they are a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and they will soon begin a role as a Data Scientist at Terray Therapeutics.
Grace Emmel received a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2019 after attending from 2015 to 2019. Grace then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they are currently completing in 2021.
