Noemi Delgado Martin

Noemi Delgado Martin has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Noemi is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing at Terrou-Bi Resort, where they have been since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing Nigeria at Marriott Hotels from 2021 to 2022. Noemi also served as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Kigali Marriott from 2020 to 2020, and at Accra Marriott from 2019 to 2020.

Before joining Marriott Hotels, Noemi worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra from 2017 to 2019. Noemi also held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at Noom Hotel Conakry, where they were responsible for the pre-opening and opening phases of the hotel from 2014 to 2017.

Prior to their roles at Marriott and Movenpick, they worked as a MICE Sales Manager at Expo Hoteles & Resorts from 2010 to 2013. Noemi was also a Team Leader at Atlanta Viajes in 2009 and an Events Coordinator at Omega World Travel from 2007 to 2008.

Noemi started their career as a Groups Operations Account Handler at Gulliver Travel Associates from 2006 to 2007, and as an International Ground Services consultant at Strand, London from 2004 to 2006. Throughout their career, they have gained experience in sales and marketing, management, event coordination, and account handling.

Noemi Delgado Martin completed a Master's degree in Calidad Turística y Turismo Sostenible from Escuela Turismo Tejera Reyes between 1999 and 2001. Noemi also pursued a Master's degree in Tourism Management at the Institute of International Tourism (INSETI) in Tenerife, but the start and end years for this degree are not provided.
