Daniela F Vorburger

Daniela F. Vorburger is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational development, risk management, and crisis communication. Currently serving as the CEO of Tertianum since February 2020, Daniela has focused on enhancing the quality of life for older individuals in Switzerland through a dedicated team of over 4,900 employees. Daniela's previous roles include Head of Organizational Development and Risk Management at the Psychiatrische Universitätsklinik Zürich, where responsibilities encompassed developing overall risk management strategies for multiple mental health clinics. Additional experience includes project management in crisis management training for the Swiss Federal Chancellery, lecturing in intercultural management at various universities, and serving as an International Project Manager for Peace Watch Switzerland. Daniela holds a Global Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and multiple certifications in risk management and crisis communication.
