Claudia Formiga

Claudia Formiga has extensive work experience in corporate communication and public relations. Claudia is currently the Head of Global Corporate Communication at Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies since June 2020. Prior to that, they were the Public Relations & Communication Leader, Americas at WorldRemit from March 2020 to June 2020. Claudia also held senior communication manager positions at GE Power from January 2018 to February 2020 and from January 2016 to December 2017, focusing on the Americas and Latin America regions respectively. Before joining GE Power, Claudia was a Senior Corporate Communication Manager at GE Brazil from January 2013 to December 2015, and a Communication Manager - Global Operations at GE from September 2011 to January 2013. Claudia started their career as a Marketing Manager at DB Schenker from September 2007 to September 2011.

Claudia Formiga has a diverse education history. In 2022-2023, they attended the Leadership Jeffco Program, focusing on leadership skills. In 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Digital Marketing from Cornell University. Before that, they completed a postgraduate degree in Business/Corporate Communications at ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. In 2006, Claudia earned a degree in Marketing & Sales from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Additionally, they obtained an Advanced Branding certification from LinkedIn in 2019.
