Tracey Bailey

Tracey Bailey possesses extensive experience in global training and product support within the healthcare sector, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Global Product Support & Training at Terumo BCT since 2015. Prior roles include Principal Global Training and Education Specialist at Medtronic, where Tracey led global training efforts, and Vice President at Sentrix Health Communications, overseeing project management and branding strategies. Additional experience includes curriculum design for Novo Nordisk A/S and global oncology training management at Novartis, where Tracey coordinated training content and evaluations for sales personnel. Tracey holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Indiana Wesleyan University.
