Ilari Richardt

Ilari Richardt is the Chief Digital Officer and Senior Vice President of Digital Services at Terveystalo, accountable for the company's digital strategy, which includes digital development, data analytics, AI, engineering, IT, and cybersecurity. With a leadership role over a team of more than 150 members, Ilari has overseen multiple strategic initiatives and transformation projects. Previous roles at Terveystalo include Digital Director and Development Director, where responsibilities involved software development and data analytics team leadership. Prior experience includes roles as Lead Software Developer at Hoffmanco International Oy and as a Software Developer for the City of Helsinki and The Group ry. Ilari is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Aalto University and holds a Master's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Helsinki.
