Riina Lipponen

Riina Lipponen has a diverse work experience starting as a Claims Advisor at Tapiola in 2008 and progressing to roles such as Coach at Tapiolan voimistelijat, Consultant, Psychologist at MPS Career Oy, and HR Trainee at Pension Fennia. Riina further developed their career by working as a Psychologist Trainee / Assistant at the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health before moving on to Finnair where they held positions as Talent Acquisition Consultant and Learning and Development Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Terveystalo, initially as HRD Manager and currently as the Head of People Development.

Riina Lipponen attended Puolalanmäen lukio until 2005. Riina then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Organizations and Management at Aalto University from 2007 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained an MSc in Psychology from the University of Helsinki between 2005 and 2012. Riina also participated in an international student exchange program at the Ivey Business School at Western University in 2009, focusing on Communications and International Business.
