Vaishali Modak

Vaishali Modak is currently serving as the Head India and Global Co-head HR at Terviva since July 2022. Previously, they held the role of Global Lead HR at Accelya Group from June 2019 to November 2021. Before that, they worked as the Manager - Human Resource Business Partner at ELC GROUP from June 2016 to July 2019, where they managed various verticals for Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and New Zealand, and played a crucial role in aligning local policies and processes to global needs. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Kanakia Group from July 2015 to March 2016. Vaishali also held the position of Generalist - HR at NATHANI SUPARIWALA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED from November 2014 to July 2015, where they designed talent acquisition strategies, launched people policies and processes, and worked on improving employee performance and motivation. Vaishali Modak started their career as a Senior HR Officer at Sitel from May 2007 to October 2012, where they successfully re-launched the Employee Referral Program and improved talent acquisition management processes. Vaishali also worked as a Team Leader at CRP Technologies (India) Limited from September 2005 to October 2007, managing the Employee Background Check vertical.

Vaishali Modak has a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from K J Somaiya Institute of Management, which they obtained from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Human Resource Management at Welingkar Institute of Management from 2015 to 2016. Vaishali'sundergraduate education was at the University of Mumbai, where they received a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from 2001 to 2015. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Building AI Powered Chatbots Without Programming" from IBM in 2020 and in "HR & Interviewing Selection Skills" in 2015.
