V.C. Harish has worked in the IT industry for over 10 years. In 2021, they joined Terzo as Head of Customer Support and GTM Strategy. Prior to this, they worked at Freshworks from 2014 to 2021 in various roles such as Support Manager, Support Lead, and Senior Product Support Specialist. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Senior Technical Consultant at NTT DATA Americas. In 2010, they were a Technical Consultant at Sutherland Global Services, working on the DELL project.
V.C. Harish completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Systems from the Institute For Technology and Management between 2012 and 2014. Prior to that, they completed a BCA in Computer Programming, Specific Applications from S.R.M Arts & Science College between 2008 and 2010.
