Rifa Adis Afifah

Rifa Adis Afifah is an experienced recruitment and psychology professional with a background in human resources and testing. Currently serving as a Recruitment Specialist Leader at Activate Asia Group since November 2021, Rifa has also held roles as a Senior Associate Tester and Associate Tester at Tes Bakat Indonesia since June 2019. Previous experience includes working as a Recruitment Selection Officer at J.CO Donuts and Coffee and as an HR Recruiter at PT. Nusantara Sakti Propertindo. Rifa began a career in administrative and psychological testing roles at Linindo Pacific International and Polda Metro Jaya, contributing to extensive expertise in recruitment processes. Rifa holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Mercu Buana.
