Ming Pan

Ming (Vivian) Pan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior HR Manager at tesa胶带（中国）since January 2016, Ming is integral to the China management team, overseeing HR functions for the tesa Suzhou Site, which includes the Suzhou Plant, R&D Center Asia, and Global Procurement Asia. Previous experience includes HR Manager at Alcoa, where Ming played a key role in establishing a new manufacturing plant in Suzhou, and as Assistant HR Manager at Netlist, responsible for comprehensive HR and administration management. Additional experience includes roles as HR Specialist at Littelfuse and HR Assistant at Weidmuller Interface (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Ming holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Yancheng Institute of Technology, attained in 2003.
