Rollin Celine has extensive experience in human resources and account management, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at TESA SA since September 2016, overseeing full employee life cycle management for 300 employees and providing strategic HR guidance. Prior roles include Key Account Manager & BU Manager at d²X Expertise, where Rollin took charge of recruitment and career management for IT professionals, as well as positions at Hays and IBM, managing key accounts for major international clients. Rollin began a career in recruitment as a Branch Manager and Key Account Manager at Adecco France, focusing on administrative profiles and optimizing recruitment strategies. Rollin holds a Master’s in Small Businesses Units Management from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
