Jacquelyn Valek

Jacquelyn Valek, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Jacquelyn is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Tesar Industrial Contractors Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this, in March 2020, they founded Anchor Solutions Consulting, LLC and holds the position of Founder & President.

Jacquelyn gained experience in human resources during their tenure at Cleveland Clinic, where they worked as a Human Resource Generalist II from October 2017 to March 2020. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at orlean company from February 2017 to October 2017. Jacquelyn also worked as a Senior Human Resource Generalist at Grant Thornton LLP from November 2015 to February 2017 and a Human Resource Generalist at Swagelok from April 2014 to November 2015.

Prior to transitioning into the field of human resources, Jacquelyn worked in different roles at Dunlop & Johnston, Inc from May 2008 to November 2013, where they served as a Human Resource Generalist/Senior Accountant. Jacquelyn started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Tesar Industrial Contractors from August 2003 to May 2008.

Jacquelyn Valek, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration in Human Resources at Ashland University from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus in Business Management from Notre Dame College between 2003 and 2007. In addition to their education, they obtained the SHRM-CP certification in 2017 and the SHRM-SCP certification in 2020 from SHRM.
