Taufiqul Islam currently serves as the Assistant Manager of Operations at Budgens, where responsibilities include overseeing daily retail operations, managing inventory, and ensuring high standards of customer service while also handling staff performance and training. Prior experience spans multiple leadership roles in the textile industry, including Head of Knitting Operation at Designtex and Jacquard Manager at several companies such as SQ Group and Pole Star Group, where Taufiqul Islam was responsible for total Jacquard operations. Educational qualifications include an MSc in International Business Management with Internship from London South Bank University and a Master's in Human Resource Development and Industrial Relations from Jahangirnagar University, alongside an Engineer's Degree in Textile Sciences and Engineering from City University, Bangladesh.
