Kati Koivula

Kati Koivula currently serves as a Coordinator for Investment Teams focusing on Venture Capital, Growth, and Industrial Investments at Tesi since May 2023. Prior to this role, Kati worked at Roschier, Attorneys Ltd. for over a decade, advancing from a Legal Assistant in Private Equity & M&A and Intellectual Property to a Brand Protection Specialist. Responsibilities included managing global trademark and design rights maintenance, overseeing trademark filings, and providing executive support to legal professionals. Kati's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator at Vahanen-yhtiöt, where lease contract renewal processes were coordinated. Kati holds a Master of Arts degree in Ethnology from the University of Jyväskylä, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, and has completed intermediate studies in Russian Language and Literature at St. Petersburg State University.
