Lily Li

Lily Li has over a decade of experience in supply chain management and sourcing, currently serving as the Head of Testing and Automation Supply Chain at Tesla since August 2012. In this role, Lily built and managed teams for sourcing and asset management of approximately $1B in capital expenditure, developed multi-year sourcing strategies, and successfully resolved systemic issues within the supply chain. Previously, as the Head of Supply Chain for PCBA and Electronics/Semiconductors, Lily led multiple teams, established procurement strategies, and drove rapid growth initiatives. Other roles include Global Supply Manager for Power Electronic Assembly at Tesla, Technology Sourcing Lead at CODA Automotive, and various sales management positions. Lily holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor's degree in German with Technology from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, along with an associate degree in Economics from Fudan University.
