Mark Kolter

Mark Kolter is an experienced GIS Specialist and Staff Spatial Data Administrator with a robust background in spatial data management and analysis. At Western Midstream since July 2021, Mark has excelled in the role of Staff Spatial Data Administrator. Concurrently, with Tessellations Inc. since October 2011, Mark has served as a consultant for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation, focusing on mapping and validating pipelines and related assets to enhance data quality. Key responsibilities include loading pipeline data using various tools, performing Class Location and HCA analysis, developing workflows, employing GIS automation techniques such as Python scripting, and ensuring data accuracy through rigorous validation processes. Mark possesses expertise in managing GIS databases and integrating diverse data sources within an Enterprise Oracle ArcSDE environment while collaborating effectively with field teams and management to provide comprehensive solutions.
