Federica Capoccia

With a diploma in piano from the Lecce Conservatory of Music in 2003 and a degree in Law with a focus on Business in 2006 from the University of Lecce, Federica Capoccia qualified as a lawyer in 2009. After working in law firms in Milan and Cagliari, in 2011 she joined the Tiscali Group, with which she had already been working for several years, covering roles of increasing seniority in the legal and corporate affairs division, until becoming Head of Legal Affairs and Investor Relations in 2021. From 2020 he will hold the position of Corporate Secretary. She is in charge of institutional relations with Consob and the Stock Exchange and has participated in several extraordinary M&A transactions carried out within the Group.
