Paolo Faieta

Graduated in Law, Paolo Faieta began his professional career in the Telecom Italia Group where he remained, with increasingly important roles, until 2005. In 1995 he became Head of Trade Union Relations at the General Management of Telecom Italia, while from 1998 to 2005 he was Head of Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management at Telecom Italia Mobile. In 2005 he joined the FS Group, where he held the position of Head of Human Resources and Organisation of the National/International Passenger Division of Trenitalia. Subsequently, from June 2008 to March 2016, he was Head of Industrial Relations at Poste Italiane Spa. In March 2016 he joined Tiscali as Head of Human Resources and Organisation.
